The Mamut Shaker is designed with features to reduce the maintenance, easy to operate.
The Mamut Shaker is proven to be very effective in liquid/solids separation due to superior conveyance characteristics. The shaker is powered by two vibrating motors producing 7.0 G’s for superior performance. A combination of higher G’s and linear motion along with the engineered screen frame, provides consistent vibration, allows effective screen tensioning and promotes extended screen-life.
The Shaker features an adjustable deck angle for maximum convenience; the hand-operated adjusting system allows one operator to change the deck angle while the machine is in operation. This fine-tuning eliminates the loss of drilling fluids due to process changes.
The Mamut Mud Cleaner uses a two-stage process utilizing a Desander and Desilter for superior drilling fluid recovery. Our Mud Cleaner is designed to handle the entire circulating volume and remove any solids while recycling the valuable drilling fluids. The two-stage process is achieved by a combination of Hydrocyclones mounted over the Mamut 3 panel shaker. The Desilter and Desander make the primary separation with underflow directed onto the shaker vibrating screen.
A variety of High speed-decanting centrifuges used in applications requiring continuous solids separation are available. Our centrifuges are fully variable speed providing operators with the ability to adjust operating parameters, including the differential speed, bowl speed, and feed rates, while the centrifuge is in operation.
Our Centrifuges offer an easy to operate flexible control system, permitting the centrifuge to handle a wide range of feed slurries.
The VG-1000 Degasser is an efficient vertical tank vacuum unit designed to safely and efficiently remove 99.9% of entrained air and gasses from drilling fluids. The stacked, corrugated fiberglass leaf arrangement and multiple feed ports provide higher fluid impact, thinner layers of mud dispersion, and greater turbulence for more efficient gas removal. A push-button starter gives operators fingertip control. This self-contained, skid mounted unit supplies up to 29" Hg of vacuum to efficiently handle high-viscosity fluids.
The Desander make separations between 40 and 100 microns and offer the flexibility of mounting either one, two, or three 10" Desander cones over a cone underflow pan. Each 10" hydrocyclone processes 500 gpm at 75 feet of head. The bottom cone and discharge assembly are easily removed for cleaning or replacement. They are also available in vertical or inclined manifold stand-alone models, or underflow can be discarded or diverted onto a shaker screen for further processing.
The desilter are designed to remove silt-sized solids (12-74 microns) from drilling fluids. They are molded from polyurethane and feature exceptional resistance to heat and abrasion for dependable performance in any demanding oilfield application.
They are available in eight to twenty cone models; mounted on heavy duty steel supports together with a feed manifold, overflow manifold, and a steel collecting trough.
